United Cerebral Palsy – Since our founding, UCP has been dedicated to our mission of advancing the independence, productivity and full citizenship of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We were founded by dedicated family members and volunteers, and our emphasis remains on providing high quality, community-based services and programs.
