Senior Concerns – Founded in 1975, Senior Concerns’ mission is to provide programs and services which support and improve the health, well-being, and quality of life for seniors and family caregivers in the Conejo Valley. Our programs include a social model Adult Day Program for seniors with cognitive or physical impairment, Meals On Wheels, and a free food pantry for homebound seniors. We provide a Caregiver Support Center with resources, respite, support and education for family caregivers, Senior Advocacy Services, and Legal and Financial Pro Bono Services to ensure all can turn to trusted experts for help. Our social work team also offers comprehensive In-Home Geriatric Assessments.
