Safe Passage Youth Foundation – Safe Passage Youth Foundation wants to stop the supply chain of future gang members and make tomorrow’s business and community leaders. They serve over 200 vulnerable children each day and reach nearly 600 different marginalized children each month. All services are free. We bring the collective volunteer power of the Conejo Valley Community to the most marginalized children of color who live in the lowest socioeconomic conditions within 25 miles of Sherwood Country Club. We have over 40 volunteers, daily and year-round, right where the neediest families live in vulnerable Conejo micro-communities. These multi-family low income apartment and condo neighborhoods have been historically plagued by gangs, crime and economic barriers. Our goal is to make local Thousand Oaks micro-communities safe and thrive.
