Outreach Alliance of Ventura County – OAVC was founded on a simple but powerful principle: when local people come together to support one another, lives are transformed. The mission is to identify critical needs within Ventura County and address them directly — whether that’s providing essentials to families in crisis, offering comfort to children during traumatic events, supporting students in their educational journey, or fostering the next generation of community leaders.
