Lighthouse for Women and Children – The Lighthouse provides a fresh start to women and children who are experiencing homelessness by offering shelter and recovery programs in a comfortable, home-like setting. Our commitment is to be hospitable and helpful. We believe that every person who comes to us is a gift and it is truly our pleasure to develop a meaningful relationship with each individual. Since 1972, the Ventura County Rescue Mission has been serving the poor and homeless, offering hope to thousands of hurting people. The mission provides a full range of services to help the most vulnerable members of our community break free from poverty, homelessness, and addiction.
