Hospice of Conejo – Hospice of the Conejo is dedicated to serving as a community based, non-profit, non-medical volunteer hospice and grief support agency. Our primary goal and purpose is to provide care, dignity, guidance and support to residents in our region as they face challenges with their own illness and/or grief or that of a loved one. We are committed to providing a bias-free environment where all feel welcomed. All of our care and services are provided completely Free of Charge.
